Bay travels within the Sunshine State to take on the Miami Mongoose in a week 5 battle. Coach Chris Tunno's Miami team was knocking on the playoff door with their 9-7 record in 2014. With an already solid base Miami still dipped their toes in the off-season trade waters. Center Jeremy Zuttah was brought in to anchor the offensive line. A later trade saw the team add Tackle Bobby Massie and drafted Jack Mewhort in round one to further improve the protection for Ben Roethlisberger.
The offense will still supplement the passing game with the solid running of Alfred Morris. Morris doesn't get the accolades that are handed out to other big name running backs but he is a highly effective runner. The receiving corps of Randall Cobb and Torrey Smith remain a dangerous tandem along with long time Roethlisberger favorite Heath Miller.
The defense is solid and deep. The biggest names are Dontari Poe and Dont'a Hightower and the Mongoose added some promising future impact players in the draft by taking Ryan Shazier, Devon Kennard and Calvin Pryor. Miami looks to be good again in 2015 and beyond with this collection of talent.
